About the job:

As part of the Finance partner team within the Commercial Finance area you will together with the rest of the team play an important role in delivering precise and relevant information on business performance. The Finance partner team currently consists of four colleagues, and you will refer to the Head of Finance Partners and Commercial Finance PMO.

The key stakeholders in your daily work are in large part based in HQ in Hellerup. You will be working closely together with the Finance partners and colleagues in Commercial Finance, giving you the opportunity to gain a broad knowledge base within Finance and share knowledge and insights.

The Finance partner team is responsible for the Management reporting in Saxo Bank including reporting/presentations for the Board/Executive Management as well as more detailed reporting packages for our global offices, business lines and HQ functions. The reporting process is performed monthly ensuring a consistent basis for follow-up and decision making and is continuously evaluated to maximize the value and the efficiency of the process.

Essential knowledge on historic performance and business insights creates the platform for preparation of forecasts and business cases with the aim to support and challenge the Bank’s current and future operation. The Finance partner team is an integral part of the forecast process within Saxo Group including a broad range of work tasks in close cooperation with the business, e.g., development/management of forecast models, preparation of business cases/analysis for larger initiatives as well as consolidation of the total financial outlook for the Group.

Your Responsibilities:

As part of the Finance partner team, you will amongst others be part of:

  • Preparing the monthly financial reporting to Management and Board
  • Preparation of presentations for Executive Management and Board meetings
  • Projects related to the finance function, including continuous improvement of tools and processes to support our team, as well as maintaining guidelines on budget principles
  • Cost controlling on specific areas
  • Ad hoc support on day-to-day activities

Your profile:

  • You have an interest in working with management reporting and communication to key stakeholders
  • Experience with Excel, Power Point and PowerBI will be an advantage
  • You have an interest in working with the interaction between people, processes, and IT Infrastructure
  • You can manage multiple stakeholders and are not afraid to quickly reach out to align on tasks
  • You enjoy working in an international and fast-paced agile environment
  • You are fluent in English - written and verbal
  • You thrive on finding intelligent and automated solutions
