Who are we looking for?
We are a team organized in Facility that services the entire business and has contact with all our skilled colleagues. We are looking for a new colleague who is curious and ready to help our stakeholders ensure the best service and impact for our clients.
You will be part of a team, where our main task is to run our internal printing and postal service. We work at a high pace and we have many touch points. We receive assignments in our case system, by phone and physical inquiries at the printing department. Therefore, you should not be afraid to communicate and take responsibility. You need to have a positive outlook and meet our colleagues with a smile and help find solutions to their inquiries. Service and quality are two important keywords in everything we do, so it is important that you are ready to be proactive and a problem solver.
Your skills and experience
We do not expect you to have an education within Facility or graphical experience, but if you have been in a service and support role, preferably in the consulting industry, it is a big plus. We expect you to have the following qualifications and experiences:
- Experienced user of the Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint and Word. If you have experience using excel professionally it will be big plus
- Experience working with producing graphical materials both print and digital
- Fluent in Danish and English, spoken and written
- Experience from a printer support role is a big plus
- Experience with customer service or a support function
- Experience with Adobe programs such as Adobe Pro and InDesign
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and strong problem-solving skills
Tasks awaiting you
We handle various important tasks, both physical and administrative. Here is an excerpt of tasks you can expect to meet in the position:
- Printing services such as posters, client materials etc.
- Handling physical and digital mail and parcels
- Internal service related cases
- Printer support and problem solving
- Archive management
- Supply orders and distribution
- General ad hoc tasks
