Are you our new enthusiastic associate who is interested in driving and supporting a great Sales Team to the next level?

We have an exciting role available for a Field Effectiveness Manager (FEM) to join our Danish Sales team. The FEM will work closely together with the National Field Sales Manager to make sure we have all from the right strategy to the right everyday tools for driving and supporting the best Sales Team.

Your future role is important for Field Sales planning and priorities, and function as an interface between The Field Sales Team (the sales representives visiting the stores) and internal stakeholders, all from Key Account Managers to One Demand (Marketing & Category Management) to Supply. You will develop all the time, bringing in new key projects e.g., digitalization of the Sales Team and driving the right merchandising set up.

What are we looking for?

  • You hold anUniversity degree in Business, Economics, Management or equivalent, or you are about to graduate this summer

  • You'll be a data whizz confident using Excel and have interest in learning Power BI to manipulate data, present outcome and help improve the business

  • You'll be happy to work with multiple stakeholders and keep many balls up in the air at once

  • You like to learn new things and have a drive for results

  • You'll be confident in delivery of presentations and able to articulate findings from data analysis in a clear and concise manner

  • You'll have interest in or have experience/knowledge of field sales and consumer goods industry

  • You'll like to have everyday contact with the field sales team

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • As the Field Effectiveness Manager (FEM) you'll be responsible for following up commercial targets and key KPIs for field sales (e.g., Sales, display index, # of touch points, Perfect Store (Quality execution), NQC (cost), visits per day, coverage, sell-out)

  • You'll create proposals and lead on sales cycle planning, in line with Danish Sales strategy, overall activity plan, input from One Demand (Marketing & Category Management) and align with the National Field Sales Manager.

  • You'll lead effective field sales management, including but not limited to updating, weekly sales report, store panels, route planning, effective reporting and overall tracking of performance vs objectives. e-g. sell in, perfect store targets, sell out etc.

  • You'll support the Field Sales Team, so they have all tools and materials to perform their jobs

  • You'll own Perfect Store process from a field sales perspective, including maintaining dashboards, set targets and follow up and setting actions plans for the year.

  • Together with the National Field Sales Manager you will be planning 4 sales conferences a year and team meetings.

  • You'll support ongoing upskilling of Field Sales capabilities through training and educational material.

  • You'll be involved in ad hoc projects as performance & ROI analysis, digitalization of the Field Sales Team and driving Merchandising cooperation with external partner.

  • Initiate and support North European synergies, ways of working and best practices together with North European Field Effectiveness Managers and National Field Sales Managers
