What's the role?As a Customer Service Process Intern in our regional office, you will work closely with the regional and local team (China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan) to map out existing internal customer service process structure and identify improvement opportunities. Our goal is to provide you with a practical, hands-on experience and help you build solid competencies!

What does the role involve?Work closely with the local Customer Services team to understand and analyse the as-is process flow
Develop, collect and consolidate process documentations which are provided by local Customer Services teams
Understand the state of current documentation methodology and manage documentations for future analysis purpose
Monitor and review collected documentation; identify and report any variance

What you need is:
- University student working towards a bachelor degree
- You are a multilingual talent, fluent in English and at least one other Asian language (Preferably in Chinese, Korean, Japanese)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and goal driven environment.
- Ability to understand the ambiguous problems into concrete and managable components
