The Archive Assistant provides files in the required formats to a wide variety of end-users.
Tasks include data entry, file transfers, troubleshooting, and communicating with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.


Proficient with Macintosh Operating System and Microsoft Office.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic knowledge of file formats (INDD, PDF, EPS, TIFF, XML, JPEG) used in wide-ranging contexts.
Database experience.


Ability to create, edit and troubleshoot files in Adobe Creative Suite.
FileMaker Pro database experience.
Basic knowledge of two-color and four-color printing and the file requirements for each.
