The 70-20-10 Learning Concept

Research has shown that learning and development take place in different ways, and the results has shown that about 70% of learning comes from practical real life experiences such as when you work, doing internships, tasks, problem solving and so on, about 20% comes from feedback and from working around others and observe what they are doing, and only about 10% comes from courses, trainings and studying.

So what can we conclude from that? The best way to learn is by practical experiences and via interaction with other people!
